  • Arrived with a group of seven for breakfast. Two waitresses independently 'cared' for our table making it impossible to know whether a request was being followed up or not - because requests took a long time to prompt any action. The restaurant was hardly crowded, yet we still waited nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive - which ended up being cold, undercooked or plain just not what was ordered. The food was low quality (e.g. raspberries drowning in sauce/syrup straight from a jar) and often near tasteless. Unfortunately gratuity is included for a group our size, because the experience definitely didn't warrant it.
