  • Having interior sewer issues and asked Sullivan to come out for a second opinion. Matt arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He asked a lot of questions to really understand the issues and then provided quotes for a few options, including one I hadn't thought of. Very professional and definitely a good representative of the company. The quote was higher than one I've received elsewhere but the professionalism may still get them my business.
