After waiting an hour for a driver licence transaction, I didn't even received my licence. They don't help through phone and keep saying that I need to be actually there to learn what happened to my driver licence. Cab would cost me about $100 to go there and and come back home. Do you think they care it?
I called another GG&D branch to ask what kind of information they would need to check my record so I can send a legal document with my information. So they can respond my request.
