  • Talk about yummy food that I can't have again unless I'm in Vegas or New York. Made a reservation. Which was really smart of me cause the place was pretty packed for a Monday. Service was slowish, there was only one chef and it was like 1:30 pm and I was getting pretty hungry. However, once the salmon croque Madame came, all negative thoughts ceased. I took my first bite and mmm. The sweetish bread and cheese with the smoked salmon? TOO perfect. The salmon croque Madame reminded me of my childhood favorite monte cristo sandwiches. Anyway, my brothers ordered their soup of the day - clam chowder. It was thick and creamy. So they were too full from that and only ate about half their entrees, which was an omelette and the angus beef burger. I shamelessly stole bites of the angus beef burger. I can barely cook - but let me tell you, the medium rare patty with caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes in between what I think was a pretzel bun, with a slice of melted cheese on too was soo f'ing good. I couldn't stop eating it. My mom ordered their brioche French toast with sautĂ©ed berries and whipped cream, it was yummy too. The berries were warm and the bread had a sweet taste to it. I added a side of Nutella and that was a good addition :) All in all, I'm glad I 1. Looked this place up on yelp. 2. MADE A RESERVATION (other people had to wait!) 3. Ordered their salmon croque Madame cause seriously I'm on a hunt for another one.
