There are two things to have at Park Bruges. First, mussels in either a traditional or in a seasonal broth. The rest of the menu is fine, too. Second, something from their bar. Their female bartender is approachable, efficient, knowledgeable and unobtrusive. Their beers and spirits are carefully selected.
If a tall red-haired woman is your waitress, you're all set. She leads without pushing.
The only trouble with the place is some of the waiting customers. They get in your space and pounce for your spot at the front, but once you're seated at a table away from the bar, it's safe.
