  • ALL of the folks at this particular office are helpful and attentive and want to make your experience the best. Our car was in the shop and we didn't know how long we'd need a rental for and Enterprise has an easy policy for extending the length of your rental. They didn't have a car in the class we wanted, so they upgraded us for no extra cost but the car we got was quite large and we didn't really want to pay more for gas in the beast. As soon as they got a car in that was in a more economical car class, they called to see if we wanted to switch it out. Also ended up with an extra discount for the "inconvenience". Yay! This location is not at all convenient to our house, but after a not-so-great experience at a closer Enterprise office, we came here. And we'll be using this location for any future rental needs, like for our out-of-town guests next weekend! Hooray for great customer service and friendly smiles!
