| - WORST experience ever!!! First time I have ever done business with this company and Michael sure knows how to GUARANTEE you won't want to business with them ever again. I reserved a mid size car online a month in advance. I went to the location to see that there was only one person who seemed to be working and he was with a customer. Once I walked in I was never acknowledged, a simple I will be with you in a minute would have been nice. While he is helping the customer the gentlemen asked if he had anymore help in the back because now there more people waiting and he still hasn't said anything to any of us. Michael's response was "nope, they all quit, they never seem to be able to hang". What a horrible thing to say to a customer! Its finally my turn after about 20 min and I said I am here for a pick up. He wasn't able to find me and when he did he said my car would not be there till 12. I said you guys close at 12 so I thought I would come early. He said car will not be delivered till 12 but to make sure to be there before he closed. I was upset and just walked out. Couple hours I go back and ask if my car is there and he says yes, I asked what it was and he said it was a Ford Fiesta. I said I reserved a midsized car not a compact. He responds, we'll it gots 5 seat belts. Now I was upset because that was not what I wanted. As he is about to start the process another man walks in and Michael asks what he just brought in, the other worker answers and says a Toyota rav4. Michael asks if I want that and I say no, I don't want a SUV. SO Now I am stuck between a tiny little car or an SUV, well needless to say I went with the SUV and was charged 10.00 more per day which I don't think was right. Four days later my family contemplates staying an extra day in California so I call about an extension and they want almost 100.00 for one day and that wasn't even my total for the 4 days I reserved. I asked if there was any type of compensation that could be done since I didn't get the car I wanted and was forced to get a bigger and more expensive car, I was told that the only one that could do that would be the location I rented from. I thought to myself that it was worth a shot but I knew I would be speaking with Michael. Sure enough if was him who answered and was EXTREMELY rude. I asked what options are there and what is he willing to do to give good customer service. He told me I rented the car, so I have to pay for the car and it must be there at 5, there is no customer service that he will do and he HUNG UP on me.
He was not speaking in a nice tone at all he was yelling at me before he disconnected the call.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION IM SURE IT WILL BE JUST AS BAD OR WORSE THAN MINE. I don't even want to give one star.
