  • BEWARE BEWARE Bad management. very bad attitude, poor response for queries. Never returned call. CHUCK IS VERY rude. I run a business and i say a NO more politely if I have to. Particularly when you are leaving them, they just get very nasty. My mail was received by one of them, but was never able to track it. really painful if it is a time sensitive material. Over priced at the end and they retained almost the entire deposit for too many small things. Inside maintenance is very clean, but after two years of stay, I imagined a better courteous treatment, but there are more things that matter in life than just cleanliness, and not to worry about the place for months together after leaving it. In this country, where our rental history, credit history and mail box safety and value for our money is of utmost importance, I would recommend any other place till they start respecting the customers even after they left the place. If you dont care about your mail, deposit, people not calling you back after you leave a message, then this is the right place. We were happy in the first few months, but last year or so we started to see the decline and now it is at the worst of its time. very careless about our feelings, very non compassionate treatment. I can get a better treatment in lot more places. Could not give zero stars, hence the one
