  • Joe is the man! I own a first floor condo and have water leaking down into my unit. I called this evening, which is a Sunday, and let me know he would be happy to come out when he finished the job he was currently at. Joe was at my place within a couple hours and quickly diagnosed that the water was actually coming from the unit above me. Joe went upstairs and checked it out to let my neighbor know what the issue was. When I asked Joe how much I owed him for making the late Sunday night trip, he refused to charge me. This was my second experience working with Joe and he was friendly, prompt, reliable and knowledgeable both times. I highly recommend calling Joe with any of your HVAC needs.
