  • The condition of this boutique hotel is disappointing. The tub was yellow and peeling, the halls smelled of smoke, and the upgrade was a downgrade. The customer service was great.. undeniably so. The folks who work the desk, do their best to make you feel welcome. HOWEVER, Everything turned around when we were engaged by the most personable, and interesting bartender, KENNY. He single-handedly changed the dynamic of our visit by conversation alone. He was BY FAR the reason we enjoyed our stay. He was insightful, charming, and enjoyable. Clone Kenny, and this place gets 5 stars!
