  • Booked an appt through zerorez for by Monday at 5 and they called and said they could come early at 2 and then never showed. I called them back and they told me that they had a issue with parking and rescheduled for 7 to 9 following morning and no one showed up till 10. So I wasted 5 hours waiting for them without a discount. When they actually did show up the guy did a great job on the carpet but it's just your spend a lot of time waiting.
