  • The previous posts on the old account ARE accurate. Until a few months ago there's never been an issue.. with anything. Since the new management has taken over and the staff has changed I can't count the issues I've had. They don't answer the phone.. ever! They come in or leave early every day! My bedroom Window is moldy from water damage, washer stopped working, fridge stopped working, fan is bathroom makes weird noise. Things happen, I get it.. but the difference between then and now is things actually got fixed! And if they wouldn't be immediately for whatever reason the office would at least call and give you a status. I added a pic to show I put a work order in for my broken washer on a Sunday. It's now Friday and still don't have a washer! I had a broken fridge, it Took 26 days to get a new one which was a dirty, used one. When Moved in my appliances were new and matching. They replaced the fridge a week later with one that doesn't fit so I can't close my laundry room door. Im currently trying to get out of my lease as I'm not happy, at all! I was told to "give the new management a chance" by the manager Dee.. I'm still unhappy just trying to decide if 2 months rent to get out of my lease is worth it.
