I have heard great things about this place and read many great reviews just to be severely disappointed. My first and last dining experience was on my birthday. My server Lonnie did say happy birthday at the beginning of our meal and that he would send out dessert since I was celebrating. We ordered a bottle of wine, a Tuscan blend to be exact and it was amazing. We ordered a second bottle of the same wine and were given a Chianti classico instead. We mentioned the label was different when he presented it, which he agreed with, but continued to open and pour it anyway. We told him it also tasted different so his solution was to bring new wine glasses. Not sure how that makes sense since it wasn't the wine we ordered or wanted. He finally went to "check why the label was different" and indeed realized it was not the correct wine. It took a long time and some attitude from the server to get the right second bottle. He made us feel like it was our fault he brought the wrong wine. Anyway, we ordered dinner. Appetizers and salads tasted great. We did have to stack our plates and move them to the side because we sat with dirty dishes in front of us for over 20 minutes. Dinner took a while to come out and when it did, 4 of the 5 entrees were ice cold. My prime rib was a grayish color and everything looked and tasted like it was sitting out for some time. He took the entrees back to the kitchen and returned a few minutes later with our dinners reheated. Dinner was still cold and the steak and shrimp were rubbery. I too am a server and understand things happen, but I am less upset about the food, and more upset of how we were treated. I am not a picky person when it comes to food and it really takes a lot for me to complain or write a review. The nicest thing I can say is those meals should have never been served. It took one of us looking for a manager to speak to for any of this to even be acknowledged. The manager came to the table to stare at us blankly and said we only were going to pay for the wine. If the roles were reversed I would not drop a check and send dessert. He didn't seem like he cared about anything or wanted to deal with what was going on. I left my birthday dinner hungry and dessert-less. I will not be back or ever recommend coming here to anyone.
