  • Savage really is great. We use them once a year in the Spring for an AC tune-up. They've never charged us more than $85 and I have never felt that the tune-up was a foot in the door sales technique. Staff has always been friendly and my wife loves that it is the same technician that comes every time. We recently purchased a new house and had Savage come out to take a look at our intakes (it was a set up I wasn't familiar with). The technician spent 45 minutes with my wife explaining the system and did not charge for his time. These days, companies nickel and dime customers every chance they get. I was really impressed they helped us at no cost. They have a customer for life! Thank you Savage! Georgina and Matt-
