  • I have had almost every piercing done here at Halo and each time I'm happy. Super clean place with great jewelry. I have had 2 daith piercings, 2 notrils, one rook and forward helix + multiple jewelery changes (over the span of about 15 years) Halo really wants you to make the right choice for you and your body. They may do things a little differently than other shops but that's what sets them apart. They do require you purchase jewelry from them (I believe even for healed piercings) so they know it is safe and of highest quality. They are very open and honest about the risks of choosing certain jewelry pieces and just simply realistic about things they can do to get the look you want. Anna has done about 4 of my piercings now and she is such a strong, confident presence I trust everything she does. When I got my nostril pierced (for 3rd time - first 2x were elsewhere) she asked me a ton of questions about how I planned to wear it and marked me in 2 different spots to make sure we got a cute placement and a right fit (in case I wanted to wear a hoop down the road). It also hurt the first 2 times but when she did it my eye didn't water and it was almost painless. So smooth and it healed so beautifully that it is not a part of me. The 1st time I had my nostril pierced it was tender the whole time I had it! And I take great care of my piercings. Ask lots of questions, look around at their selection and eat a snack before you go get pierced! Always worth the long drive for me!
