  • This airline continues to hold its reputation of being one of the worst. It's great that they are cheap, but you end up paying the same amount as the other guys and you end up with a crappy plane and even less leg room. I got a text that we were delayed 3 min before we were supposed to board. And then we come to find out our plane was here but we got booted and had to wait for a different plane from Denver. Overall, this airline is a hot mess that doesn't care about its customers.
