  • When I walked into this location for an appointment, the fully staffed desk was apologizing profusely to a guest and giving her two massages to make up for something- 1st red flag I had my massage which was so bad I nearly walked out; yes, worse than students. It ended earlier than allowed for in the contract and several times she would only touch me on top of the sheet. 2nd red flag. My skin and body are in top shape so I was not insulted. A masseuse is there to make you feel great. Alas, the manager gave me the rundown on her sad personal issues. But, please do not make me suffer as well and bring my energy down. I ended my contract last month and will go back to the real spas ASAP.
