  • I wandered by The Camera Store last Saturday on my way back from MEC. There were tents in the parking lot, which were filled with Camera company representatives and lots of knowledgeable customers. Any notion that smart phones were killing the camera market was not evident on this day. The first thing I did was sign up for every available drawing for photographic-related door prizes. As usual I didn't get lucky, but if you don't play, you can't win. I then wandered in a found a great belt-friendly bag for my point-and-shoot Lumix and a replacement micro-SD card for another Samsung camera. I also explored around and took it all in. This place pretty much has it all and regardless of your film or digital preferences. Yes, you could buy much of this online, but I went away convinced that with all the expertise here, I would leave here buying the right equipment for me.
