  • I Booked an Appointment Online for 9:15 This Morning. I received E-mail confirmation of the Appointment. I drove Across town in Traffic and Mercantile Salon Was not open for business. They also Did not have the Courtesy to call me and apologize or let me know. Hey Mercantile...I am glad that you think YOUR TIME is more important than mine. I will gladly spread the word and let all my friends and family know how incredibly amateur Your business is. This place is a joke.
