  • I had a slow drain problem and they came out to do a formal power snake. We were able to determine there was some type of debris about 20' into the line. We needed to get a better estimate on where the debris was and then cut holes in the downstairs ceiling to confirm. I stated that I wanted a full turnkey job if we needed to cut holes. So the next day, they came out and we cut two 24'x24' holes, cut a piece of pipe and removed the debris. The plumber took some pictures so the drywall painting person could do that estimate. Two days passed and no response from the drywall person. I then started to follow up with the drywall person and it took another two days for them to respond with a quote that was just crazy. I finally hired my own drywall/painting person and they completed the job. Basically, these guys found and fixed the problem, but I wanted a turnkey job which was agreed to, but not performed. They basically left me with two holes in the ceiling and I spent another week finding my own drywall/painting company to complete the job.
