  • We hired New Flame and one other truck to serve our 120 wedding guests dinner and it was one of the best wedding-related decisions that we made! We first visited them at Rockin' R Ranch and they were serving one of the best burgers I've ever had (the caprese burger). Everything was SO good that we knew we'd love to have them be a part of our Big Day. Norm and Tori helped us put together great appetizer and entree menus and our guests loved everything they served. We'll DEFINITELY try to catch up with them a few times a year so we can sate our New Flame cravings.
