From day 1 this Company was horrible. We had a flier on a "bundle" with Direct TV and when we got our bill it was outrageous. It was a scam. We were always paying for premium service and got the minimal service. We can't even receive Internet signal downstairs only upstairs. Because the man who installed was too lazy to install it correctly. So we realized on our bill we corrected it and they gave us a price break after arguing with them for five months. When we went to pay over the phone, The manager Chantelle did not see this in the system and was trying to get our Internet shut off. Unless we paid a large sum of money that we feel that we didn't deserve to have to pay although it was already set up prior. Worst company, worst signal, worst customer service, just go with somebody else, anybody else, it doesn't matter who. Btw.. We did quit our "fake bundle" with Direct TV because it was so expensive.. Sent back the boxes.. And agreed to pay over $500- just to turn off service.
