  • The only caveat here, like others have said, furniture is often late. But with the bad stuff out of the way, I want to praise Ethan Allen! Our furniture is gorgeous, made in the USA, and tailored to our exact aesthetic. We worked with Marylin, who is absolutely fabulous. She is able to navigate the several different style preferences in our family. She has excellent training and credentials, too. UPDATE: We've had our furniture for a while now and everything is holding up well. Marylin did a wonderful job maintaining customer service throughout the whole process (browsing, evaluating our space at home, working with budget, designing custom pieces, delivery, and follow-up) I really can't stress how much I disagree with the bad reviews. Also, random, just remember that there are good sales throughout the year and to take advantage of that!
