  • I have been going here for over a year & now need to find a new place. I had a haircut scheduled days prior with Jenny Barto at 7. I even got there early, but left at 7:30 pm, waiting for over a half hour without the stylist ever saying "hey I will be right with you" or any other explanation. I felt this was very rude because I looked forward to getting my hair cut, now I have to look for another stylist, which is so hard to do. I just can't believe how awful the customer service was and how rude!
