  • Wonderful.. wonderful.. wonderful! Is the only way I can describe my experience with Tina and Jarrett!! I called Tina in a panic.. I didn't have an appointment and needed a service today. Tina was very calm and told me to just drive over and she would place me on the schedule. I was to ask for Jarrett when checking in. I drive over immediately and was greeted and asked who I was to see. I told the gentleman that I was to see Jarrett. He pointed me into the office. As I walked toward Jarrett he immediately looked up and with a smile asked "are you Staci?" We then walk out to my car and we go over my service. I paid less and waited less then I was quoted from another Honda dealership. Hands down the best customer experience ever!!
