  • I called and asked a few questions regarding botox and procedures. They answered them and let me know a time for a consultation and if I wanted to get it done the same day as the consult, I'd have to put a $100 deposit for the doctor. I paid that. I went in for the consult and it turns out that botox is not used around the mouth area and she instead said fillers is what would be needed. I said I wasnt comfortable with that and also the price was much more. I said I would not proceed. I have called and asked for my deposit and had two unanswered calls this week. I finally got a hold of someone and they said they never do refunds no matter the circumstance. I outlined that I had a full conversation on what I was looking for and questions regarding it and the first time I heard otherwise was in office. I also at no point was told the deposit was not refundable, should a procedure be thousands more and not something you'd be willing or comfortable doing. She was very rude and said she couldnt do anything and shed tell someone to call me. I said id been waiting for someone to call for five days. She said yes but now I am a live person so its obviously different. I am super, super annoyed.
