There is much to like. Let's start with the staff. One would be hard-pressed to find a nicer, friendlier, more helpful and professional team. It matters not which member of the staff you're dealing with. You will be handled with respect and concern at all times. Clearly the management of SPS understands that this is the hospitality business and obviously instills that belief in all staff members. If a resident ever has a problem in their unit, rest assured, it will be handled with immediacy. SPS goes out of its way to make sure that all tenants are happy and remain that way. Also, the grounds and pool are always impeccably maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority. What's more, we residents enjoy peace and quiet, day in and day out. Excessive noise is not permitted. Nor are dogs, so there are no problems with nuisance barkers. It's also nice to have so many services included in the package. Who wouldn't like free meals and free Starbuck's coffee every morning? There are people who have lived here 6-7 years. Is it any wonder? Former residents often come back to visit, just because they miss the SPS environment. If the location and unit size works for the prospective tenant, there is no way that he/she could go wrong in deciding to live here.
