  • I would give 3.5 stars if I could - as I had a fantastic service (organic facial), but I deduct 1.5 stars for the lack of friendliness from a guy at the front desk, and the lack of ambiance you expect when going to a "spa." The spa is situated within a chiropractor's office, so when you walk in expecting a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, you aren't going to get that (at least not in the lobby). It felt cramped, loud and kind of tense when we first walked in. There was a really nice girl working the reception desk (she fit in several last minute appointments for us, which was greatly appreciated!), but there a guy who I assume was the owner/chiropractor that was really sterile and unwelcoming. My experience got better when I met the sweet lady doing my facial (her name is Tee). She was FANTASTIC, knowledgeable, and really impressed me with the overall service she offered. I would go back, but really only to see Tee, since she made the experience a positive one. I would also mention that for the cost you definitely are getting a great value. Overall, a good experience and I would return due to the value and quality of service, but would think twice if I was interested in that "soothing, relaxing, spa experience." If that's what you're looking for, you are probably going to have to pay more and go to an actual spa.
