  • not really worth the hype in my opinion. waiting 40 minutes for an hk egg waffle that is supposed to take only a couple minutes is just so extra lol fyi my boyfriend's brother has an hk egg waffle machine at home that they bought from hk and literally it only takes maybe tops 5 minutes to make one so what they are doing for 40 minutes for one waffle is beyond me. maybe i'm biased cause i'm not crazy about lap cheong? but for the record i AM crazy about seaweed. unfortunately, the seaweed waffle had no seaweed taste... the green tea soft serve was also too milky/creamy for my liking........ the owners were extremely nice and friendly though!
