  • These guys are great! I am required to get my carpets cleaned every 6 months by my apartment management company. The last company I hired (Nevada Flooring Masters) didn't even vacuum beforehand and didn't move any of my furniture. Be Green was WAY more thorough. They raked out the hair, vacuumed, pre-treated, buffed the floor with their carpet cleaner and then raked again to make it look perfect. They used hot water from my sink, and double checked with me that this was okay. My carpets have never looked nicer. They didnt even blink when I thought that my walk-in closet should be included as part of the bedroom. The last company I hired wanted to charge me $20 more for the 6x6 space. My technition James was amazing! My appointment was for 2pm and he called me at 1:59pm saying he was in the parking lot. He was very friendly and was very polite when I asked if I could run a quick errand. The entire process took about 2 hours (Like I said, VERY thorough). I was on a time crunch and asked if there was anyway to speed up the process. James raked at record speeds instead of suggesting he could just skip that step. With that type of customer service, these guys could be charging way more for their services.
