  • Slowest, worst Chipotle at which I have ever eaten. I consistently leave this establishment angry because of how poorly it is run. There are usually only two people on the line (including the cashier) and the rest of the employees are just loitering in the back. The line backs up, even at low volume times, and you will wait 20 minutes no matter when you go. Even if there are sufficient employees working the line, it's slow, because they move in a lackadaisical manner with no sense of urgency or concern for moving people through the line. It's the worst near closing time because all of the employees are doing their clean up jobs and side work and there is only one person serving the clientele. If reviews were based on food alone, this chipotle would probably earn 4 stars, which is the only reason I return. This needs a new manager and an entirely new staff.
