| - Our little four legged guy has began his relationship with the GM doctor, Dr. Rosie (Stolrzer) about 8 years ago when we first moved to Vegas. We were so impressed and happy with the way that the staff took care of our little guy that we decided to travel far from our home to this place. We live in deep Henderson and despite of other great Veterinary clinics to take him to that are closer and who have great reviews as well, we thought it worth the drive. Dr. Lewis has taken care of our little guys as well and he, too is amazing.
The clinic is very clean and well kept. It smells good and fresh no matter what tome of the day we come. The operatories are all clean too.
Today, we went for a check up. Dr. Bailey saw our little guy and she is divine and amazing. One kind lady and her love for animals show in the way that she handled our little guy. However, we hVe noticed that this location's staff, receptionist, to be more specific is not very happy and seems to not want to be there. We arrived when they just opened up shop and already her smile was strained. More and more, we noticed that the concentration of this place has become more about money. When we told the receptionist that we need our little guy to get an exam, her first response was how much it will cost us. She could've given us more finesse by saying: " Sure, we can give your dig an exam today, we have two doctors on staff. Exam cost today will be $50.00 extra to his visit. Will that be something that you can do today?" Instead, this girl just blurted out:"That will be $50.00." then gave us a blank stupid look. Ugh!
After today's visit, we think it's not worth coming here any longer.
