Last night I had one of the most amazing culinary experiences of my life. I went to the new Binkley's restaurant. To say that the experience was amazing would be like saying The David in Florence is a nice sculpture. Everything about the experience was sublime. We ate about 20 small plates paired with wine on the patio, in the bar, and in the dining room. This is an experience for those that "Live to Eat" rather than those that "Eat to Live". Unlike that old Wendy's commercial we ate plenty of food of these small plates. No one went home hungry. We were all stuffed and happy. The work that went into each bite was incredible and the results an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.
