The sign says Westin but the experience was Motel 6.
We arrived to find that most of the hotel had been booked by hundreds of teenagers (and some parents) in for a basketball tournament. While they were in discounted rooms, we paid not only full price but also sprang for an upgrade.
Problem number 1: As a hotel, you don't put your loyalty club members paying upgraded prices next door to and on the same hallway as unsupervised teens. It's a no brainer to separate the two vastly different clienteles on different floors or in different wings of the building. Thus, we were subjected to all sorts of teen hijinks: Running down the halls, knocking on doors (including our own), shouting, etc. The noise started at 3pm and lasted well past 10pm. A call to the front desk promised an intervention by security, but we saw no evidence of that.
Problem number 2: The hotel thought it a good idea to allow a teen dance party complete with teen supplied music on the patio facing all of the upgraded rooms. The party started at 10 pm and lasted until 1am. We simply could not sleep. A call to the Night Manager (Adrian?) got us nowhere. He was as unhelpful and uncaring as he could be.
Bottom line: No sleep, no rest, no peace and quiet. Go elsewhere.
