  • So through a difficult transition of my situation, I've received a letter from my company where I make my car payments to. I noticed that I missed a payment which my bank has made the mistake which I've mentioned to my finance company. After asking if they can do anything with the NSF or late payment fees, I've decided to warn anyone else who decides to use the finance company through any car dealer. I will speak to my bank and they will gladly reimburse the charges but I was not happy to know that I would have dealt with this sooner if I had gotten the letter sooner OR in today's society, I don't understand why they wouldn't Pre-authorize the payment the next few business days since it was within their rights since mortgage companies, pay day loans, credit card companies, utilities, etc. already practices this. The reason not for the 1 star review is that when I called it was quick to speak with someone other then that, don't waste your time asking for help when it comes to the money side of things.
