  • Couldn't be happier! I have lived at Broadstone 1675 since October and absolutely love it. I toured many of the new properties in the area and nothing compared. The team made my moving process seamless and they are always prompt and incredibly friendly. The management team hosts 2-3 community events a month that are well attended and are a great way to get to know other people. I enjoy that some events are social and others are physical- hiking/yoga. I look forward to seeing what event is planned next. The pool is stunning, set with Cabanas with cable TV. Great spot to relax and bring family and friends. Great place to have guests and entertain with all the amenities.The property is meticulously clean and well taken care of. I see dogs on the property but never see any evidence of them; There is even a little dog park. I feel safe and happy here.
