  • Really not happy... I spent almost $250, several hours of my life, and had to visit twice to get an decent cut and color. The first time I went was on a Saturday and the girl completely botched my hair. She was rude and didn't even do a consultation. She didn't even show me the back when she was done. I just should've walked out to start because I've never had that happen. I called and complained (which I have never in my life had to do) and one of the managers rescheduled me, but I had to wait because they're closed Sunday and Monday. I went in again and apparently they really didn't have a slot for me and not one, not two, not three, but 4 stylists touched my hair and were very rushed until the last one!!!! In the end I left and the cut was decent considering what the other girl had done-especially considering the other stylists were baffled with the cut their colleague gave me. I tipped well and thought it was ok, but when I got in the car there was conditioner at the nape of my neck. I will NEVER go back. I wasn't sure I wanted to write this review so I waited a while because they tried to fix it, but I did not get my money's worth and I'm pretty sure, not positive-it smells distinctly off- the sold me an expired product. Lesson learned.
