| - I have been a member now for about 1.5 months. Over the years I have visited chiropractors with generally good success. One major concern was that they would press you to sign on for a lifetime of adjustments. The Joint was different. Although they are professional and recommend regular maintenance if necessary, it does not feel like pressure. I had a chronic neck and shoulder issue, that had began to affect my hand, causing serious pain and loss of mobility and use. I have had MRIs, and Physical therapy along with visits to hand specialist, and nerve study etc. nothing was helping. After four visits to the Joint, i asked them to have a look at my wrist to see if there might be something going on with it. After examining the wrist joint they "adjusted" it. This was not without minor discomfort, BUT, within an hour the swelling and pain that I had been enduring in my hand for six months had markedly diminished. two our three adjustments later and the chronic pain is nearly gone. I can use the hand to lift things, type, grip etc. There is still minor discomfort, and some minor swelling but nothing like it had been for six months. I was unable to sleep, to concentrate or do basic things like button a shirt, or tie my shoes. The hand was not the only issue, but some misalignment around the neck and shoulders contributed. I owe the professionals at the Joint a debt of gratitude, and recommend them highly.
