  • Had Carlos and his guys do some work in my front and back yard. The work seemed like it was done well at first. I then noticed that his guys had planted the incorrect plants in the back yard and after I pointed it out, they replaced them at no charge. I then realized months later that not only had they planted the wrong type of plant in the back yard, they had planted the wrong plant in the front yard.... I had them come back out to take a look at them along with giving my a quote to do some other work. They denied that they had planted the wrong type of plant (I had another landscaper take a look and he was able to confirm that they were the wrong type immediately...) and they were going to charge me to fix their mistake. Then I never heard back from them about doing the additional work I wanted done. I emailed and called MULTIPLE times and they never replied/responded. Carlos seems like a very nice guy, but I guess he has too much work if he completely ignores a good paying customer... P.S. Some of the plants that they had originally planted had died and I asked how much it would be to replace these 4 small plants and he quoted me over 200.00! I went ahead and took care of it for less than 60.00. While I was replacing these 4 small plants I realized that his guys just doug a large enough hole to stick the plant in which led to the plant dying. I took the time to plant them the correct way, and months later the plants are doing great!
