| - Please, please, please save yourself the money and your eyelashes. The "world renown" lash expert was a marketing ploy and a boldfaced LIE. I'm not sore Bonnie Detar the owner knows what the word means for one. The add, which I originally saw on Facebook promised full, lush, classic lashes. The picture was beautiful. Unfortunately, that picture was NOT what I received, and probably was take from a random google picture. When I got up halfway through the process, I saw about thee lashes after 45 minutes. I was horrified, but since it was my first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She tried to upcharge me when she was putting the rest of the lashes on. I was gobsmacked. When I saw the finished product, I wanted to cry. You could see barely any lashes and I showed her the pic of their add and stated this WAS NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT YOU DID. I told her this was bait and switch and is illegal. I called the owner several times and she said that she thought they looked fine. Omg! Lies! I had to go back three days later to at least have something me lashes and she had the nerve to charge me full price. She also told me that facials are her specialty, not lashes. That was my first clue. I told her the owner cannot say you are "world renowned" unless you've worked abroad. I noticed he owner changed her add as well as her pricing which was a lie also. She should pay me
For keeping her out of trouble for false advertising.
I finally found a true lash specialist but it was $80 for her to fix my ruined lashes. If
I had the time I'd take Bonnie Detar to court as she cost me a fortune. Stay away from this place. Bonnie is an opportunist, and is not willing to pay true lash professionals. She repeatedly lied to me and I don't really blame Vanessa who did the lashes. I just wish she knew what she was doing.
