  • This was a roadside service call. Let me just start by saying The inability to even try to communicate with me, lying to me that the driver drove by my vehicle, and then having the drivers completely ignore me when they finally found the place and dispatch not even trying to empathize with me and just wants to argue with me taking about 6 calls total between the start and end of the tow just goes to show why this place has a 1.5 Star overall rating. Unprofessionalism and rudeness to the empath degree. I used to use a service called Action Towing many years ago as a dealership service advisor here in town and in 3 years of doing that never once had a towing complaint by a customer or myself. Time to start making it a point to ask for Action or any one else if I need to use road side again. I suggest you find a different company also!
