rev:text	When the flooring was put in there were issues and some of their people had to come back out to fix it. Later down the line a small edge piece that connects the wood to the other flooring came up and broke off. Being very understanding I called to see if it could be fixed, not upset, not trying to get anything out of them just seeing if it could be fixed, whatever the price may be. Terry gave us a very nice offer saying since it was just a tiny cover piece they could easily replace it with no charge. Now after being told that that's what was expected. Multiple calls back and forth, trying to coordinate due to work schedules and 8 months later it's still not fixed. It took a couple months to get the replacement pieces in which I picked them up and he told me that he'd call me soon when he could get someone out. Never received a call. Now after contacting him he said they'd still fix it which was nice but after many back and forth calls and being told he'd contact us and send someone out which has never happened it's still not fixed. Even after asking how much it would cost and offering to pay just to get it fixed there's vague contact and understanding. When someone gives you their word that's what you expect. It's disappointing and makes me feel that if you're not prepared to spend thousands of dollars or are commercial work there's no service. I get the feeling that I'm given the run around because it's a small fix and not worth their time or resources which I wouldn't mind if that was told up front.
