| - My experience buying a Kia Optima was a pleasant surprise. I dealt with Scott Feichtinger, the internet/fleet manager who I originally contacted via the internet. Scott is way different than the typical car salesman, he is polite, honest, and has a head on his shoulders. He did a marvelous job as an intermediary for reaching a final deal. He also knew his stuff about cars and the cars he sells. I reached a deal that I was happy with (based on internet research) for an Optima and the sale of 2011 Chevy Malibu. Additionally, I dealt with Evan Aldrich, the finance manager. Although I paid cash, I had to sign all the various forms, etc. I also was offered several levels of service/extra warranty. Scott was quick, and most importantly, professional His explanations of the extras was quick, but complete. Before I drove away with the car, Scott went over the whole car with me, from inspecting it for scratches to showing me how everything worked. He even programmed the car to my phone's bluetooth. He also introduced me to the service department people.
Earnhardt Kia left me with the following thought, "this is the kind of car dealership that gives car dealerships a good name."
