| - I was trying to make this Dr my primary, but after my experience this past week, I will not be going back. I went in on Tuesday, February 28th. I explained to the dr that I had a sore throat and a cough that had just started. The Dr. offered to give me some antibiotics, which is normal, I let the Dr. know that I had a full bottle of amoxicillin that he had prescribed me a few months back. (I got better next day after he prescribed them and didn't need to take them) So, the Dr. decides he doesn't need to prescribe me anything. The following day I woke up feeling worse, my cough has gotten worse and my congestion is out of control. At this point I'm feeling extremely horrible.
I called the Dr. to see if he would call in some cough medicine or decongestion medicine for me, he said NO! He said that I needed to come back in to see him and pay another $30 co-pay. I'm not feeling well and all this Dr cares about is getting another co-pay from me, he doesn't care about my health and well being. His excuse was that they needed to explain the effects and use of the medicine in person. I'm 32 years old and have been sick multiple times in my life, plus the pharmacists explains this stuff, I think I know how to take cough syrup and decongestion medication.
This guys is a joke, another Dr who only cares about the money and not the well being of his patients. I hope he goes out of business!
