  • 12-30-17 I went to pick up my dog yesterday and there was a worker who was heavier set African-American lady who was pulling on the bottom jaw hairs to this poodle she was shaping its face and the poodle kept crying because she kept tugging so hard. I'm guessing she got tired of it and squeezed his nose to try to control his face and it sounded like the dog was trying to sneeze. There was another worker who was caucasian with long red hair and a purple beanie on who was cutting a small poodles nails and each nail she clipped the poodle cried/screamed each nail. Didn't even phase the workers... I left there almost in tears because I couldn't even imagine how they treated my dog. NEVER TAKING MY DOG HERE EVER AGAIN!!! If that's how they treat their animals while there are customers present, how are they when there is no one there???
