  • Going to a hospital is, in most cases, not a happy experience. Phoenix VA medical center definetly needs to have a few upgrades. The majority of patients it serves, are the people that fight for us to live in a free world. Walking in here and looking around makes me a little sad. There is noone at the desk for information, not even at the emergency entrance.The few employees I spoke to were however very nice and helpful.
