  • i have been completely satisfied with my eye care with Dr Smay and his staff. The staff always remind you that your appointment is due and then remind you so you don't miss it and they ask you about your visit that to me is customer service. I had changed health insurance and the office staff called me to tell me about the coverage changes and to call my health insurance. I appreciated that and i did call the insurance company to discuss eye care coverage and was then able to relay that to the staff. I have been getting eye exams and prescriptioned glasses there for years and have always been provided with service that shows the staff care that you are satisfied. I like the designer frame sales... i selected a dior frame that i love . I have a prescription that includes a difficult astigmatism and no line bifocals and my glasses are always made to my satisfaction. My daughter needed a Saturday appt due to college and the staff went out of their way to find her an opening at another location. Thank you for being a great eye care center and let your staff know they are appreciated by your customers
