Buyer beware. Verizon tries to be cool by providing you with an electronic copy of your receipt which they can't even find in their own system. They put me to work in finding my own receipt provided by their system. Magically they find it after I show them mine. If you aren't satisfied with the product that you buy get your money back! If you let them talk you into another purchase, you are stuck with the original purchase date. I returned an item and was talked into buying another product. Didn't work out for me. Thank you Courtney ( manager at Verizon). Perhaps they should let the customer know the full details of your policy before you buy or exchange. Have been a customer a very long time. Must say that this was the worst experience I've had with them. Highly recommended you buy whatever you need online from somewhere else or a place like Costco.
