  • This was my first time going to a Cleveland Clinic location. And based on this experience, I definitely plan on going back. PROS -Ease of check-in. Upon arrival to the building, I could easily navigate to the floor and office I needed to go to. In the office, there were easy-to-use kiosks used for the check-in process which was loads better than having to talk to an admin that usually acts like they don't have time for you (at least, that's been my experience in the past). Maybe they actually don't have time for me and they should get a kiosk like the Cleveland Clinic has. -Online appointment-making. Even though I had never been to the clinic before, I easily found everything I needed online and was even able to make an appointment online. After submitting an appointment request, I communicated with the clinic via their online messaging center to provide them the rest of the info they needed. I never once had to call - everything was online which made it super easy and convenient for me, since I am usually too busy/forgetful to call during business hours. -Attentive, concerned doctors (and residents!). When I made my appointment, I had been coming out of a bad virus and had some lingering symptoms. By the day of the appointment, my symptoms were pretty much gone, but I was still concerned that there might be underlying symptoms. Even though I probably sounded like a crazy hypochondriac at the appointment, they listened attentively, asked a lot of questions and were very thorough with their examination. And on top of that, they were very personable and made me feel at ease. CONS -Appointment Availability. I think this is just the standard at hospitals because I had to wait a few weeks before I could get an appointment. Also, to be fair, there was a holiday week in between when I requested the appointment and actual appointment time, so this might change for future appointments. -There was one person I came in contact with that was a little bit curmudgeon-y, but I'm hoping that person was just having an off day. BOTTOM LINE -Top notch care and convenient communication methods will definitely have me coming back in the future.
