  • Had a really uncomfortable and somewhat even degrading experience. Would not go back and this actually kinda intimidated me to really make sure to not go anywhere by myself to get work done on my car without a male present. Walked in first thing in the morning for my Saturday appointment. And since it was my first time, all i did was go over some of concerns i had about my car. I was talked down to in a way and really not taken very seriously. Was a very cold and unwelcoming experience for a first time customer. The man assisting proceeded to go over his lack of a magic wand that tells him whats wrong with my car and even made it seems like my even considering getting my vehicle repaired there was a huge inconvenience and too much trouble for him just by his tone. And even tried to intimidate me by how costly it would be to find my problem and to fix some of my minor concerns stating he has labor hours that start at $95/hour, which is definitely a bit higher for shops market area, but i didnt mind, i appreciated the disclaimer but using that as a way to make me go away was not customer friendly, tell me what you can do, not what you cant do. I went here due to all the good reviews, maybe they were having a bad day, but regardless I didnt like how i was treated. I may be a female, but i actually work in the auto industry, specifically estimatics and insurance so I deal with cars and estimates everyday. I wasnt asking for a magic wand, but just to help diagnose and fix a issue. I never set the expectation that they would know right away what was wrong with my car by some magic force and them jumping to that conclusion was very degrading and inappropriate, I was just listing off concerns like I was asked, nowhere did i make an attempt to ask a question. I did feel the fact i am a young female may have made me appeared clueless about cars and like i cant afford this place, but they could have at least pretended to care and be helpful. Anyways end of my experience is i decided to see if they could at least help locate the source of this squeak, couldnt find the squeak at the first test drive, a nicer younger worker offered to look into possible sources, but i declined and left. I was honestly too uncomfortable to go back inside the building and get talked down to anymore by the older man working at the front desk who was signing me in when i first walked in. It was way too hostile, too quickly.
